DOSING-FLUX – AUTOMATIC FLOW DOSING
“DOSING-FLUX” is a new equipment designed to automatically dose powder or granulated flows during the transfer of liquid metal.
Ideal for aluminum foundries and for producers of rolled products, plates, extrusions and alloy refiners.
The system is completely automatic and can be installed on a fixed or mobile location.
Ideal as a retrofit for rotor degassing machines and as a flow feeder for sprues.
The electronic program manages the entire treatment cycle (starting from the furnace casting or from the initial phases of the degassing station).
The use is very simple.
The operator can set the quantity of flow to be dosed and the duration of the dosing on the touch screen monitor.
At the end of the cycle the unit stops automatically.
In the case of remote control, the dosing can be activated via a switch (tilting oven microswitch).
