DUAL 2 – PORTABLE DEGASSING UNIT
DUAL 2 – Portable degassing unit, easy to move with forklift or overhead crane. The unit is made of a solid steel structure on which an electric servomotor and the electrical control panel are mounted on. The electrical and mechanical components are protected in a cabinet. The degassing device can be placed on the crucible furnace or transport ladle. The lid is durable and equipped with an insulated sheet 100 mm thick, prevents heat dispersion, metal oxidation and the risk of splashes. The tank for the automatic flow dosing quantity and the anti-vortex fin are available on request. DUAL 2 – Portable degassing unit is equipped with a servomotor to perform accurate treatment and save energy. The unit is fully equipped and, thanks to the motor and a programmable device, a completely automatic cycle can be performed, from start to finish, with different settings and time.
