DUAL SEF G – DEGASER ON ROTATING COLUMN
DUAL SEF G – is a device for carrying out degassing treatments with a rotor mounted on a mechanical fifth wheel for 90 or 180 degree rotation. The rotor allows the distribution of a flow of micronized nitrogen (or argon) and allows for a more effective deoxidizing action of the salt than that obtainable with manual mixing. Porosity, impurities and oxides are eliminated from the bath. The gas supply varies between 20-30 l/min depending on the shape of the ladle. DUAL SEF G – Degassing Unit with Rotor is designed to be able to rotate and treat two different stations.
