GRAPHITE RINGS FOR ALUMINIUM BILLET CASTERS
The graphite rings are produced using high grade and quality materials. They are used in the billet casting moulds to assist solidification of the metal liquid phase which is going to solidify in a short period of time. The porosity and permeability are uniform and extended through the entire volume, which guarantees a regular flow of lubricant on the surface, it also guarantees and excellent billet surface finish.
Rings made based on customer drawing to fit into the mould of billett casting machines. A wide dimensional range can be produced, porosity and heat transfer are guaranteed.
